Bahrain Peach 702

So called for no other reason than I spent the summer in Bahrain lounging around under clear blue skies and blazing hot sunshine eating ripe peaches. The 702 bit comes from the room where I was staying.
This mix had been in progress for a while, largely down to me being lazy, but the original track selection actually worked quite well and didn't need much tweaking.
Listening to Jakatta always brings back fond memories of standing in Ashrafs of Bahrain where I spent thirty minutes playing My Vision on repeat at full blast on a Sony micro system that had a new "S-Master digital amp". The salesman was convinced it offered a cleaner sound with less distortion so I thought might as well try it out in the shop. I don't think anyone at Ashraf's had ever turned up the volume on anything before, certainly not full whack, but to their credit, nobody came over to turn it off. And I did end up buying the Sony as it sounded great.
Having just done a Skydive a few months previously, hearing Jetlag always reminds me of jumping out of planes as I had this blasting in the car going to the airfield. The remix of So Right is my favourite here then along with Feel The Need and My Vision. I also really like My Love For You which is a fantastic soulful number that was the perfect end to a perfect summer.
